Added 2nd Stripe to My White Belt and I'm Feeling Good! I have 2 stripes on my white belt now. Feels good to have accomplished something. I have been spending most of my free time in the dojo and it's paying off. I'm a lot stronger than I was a year ago. My cardio is 10x better and my defense is better, for the most part. Having sparred for the first time in months I noticed my movement is pretty good and I am a lot more flexible than I thought. Overall I am doing well as an athlete. I'm at the gym every other day. I train when I can. My nutrition is so "on point" now, I don't see how it was ever a problem. The only problem is... I'm very unsure about my goals. I'm not worried about anything except looking good, feeling good and being a disciplined martial artist. So far so good! Thanks Tenbears MMA Marquis Satterwhite - Tenbears MMA Student
