Start Your Own Adventure Lots of people these days are addicted to technology. And for good reason: It's constant stimulation, at the click of a button. But is it healthy? Many psychologists don't think so. It tends to isolate people, and make ordinary life seem dull and boring. It also tends to reduce imagination. After all, if you're constantly checking up on the Joneses, watching videos, reading stories and more; why would you ever dream up your own adventures? ﷯If you're spending too much time with technology, it might be time to do something that's not going to be comfortable. Set boundaries. You can restrict how many hours you let yourself use technology, or just force yourself to take a walk every day where you leave the cell phone behind. Or I'm sure you can come up with your own creative solutions. When that imagination of yours comes back in full swing, you'll deeply thank yourself.
