I'm not Going Backwards, I'm Charging Ahead This has been a good week. I sparred again and felt pretty good. My movement is still okay and I'm comfortable with standing in front of another person trying to blast me. I've been working really hard on my body also. People assume that just because they are part of an MMA gym they will get fit. NO NO NO! You have to keep your life in order outside of the gym. Nutrition and rest are the biggest components to getting "fit". You're not going to be fit unless your nutrition is in order and you are getting enough rest. Not to discourage or intimidate anyone, but some hard work has to be put in. I get in there regularly and train my ass off and I rest. I'm finally in a state that allows me to see things in a good perspective. I'm not going backwards, I'm charging ahead and I want to uplift as many people as possible and bring them with me!
